In November 2009, Open Canvas Productions were asked to film the opening of the Roland Music Academy Studio for Shrewsbury College of Arts and Technology. The opening would feature Perry ap Gwynedd, the guitarist from Pendulum, and Jon Brookes, the drummer from The Charlatans.
